this is jack o lantern, made to display on our fruit and veg stall, its really small but cute, all i had to try to make hims was a very large chef knife, and a pencil! the kids seemed to like him,

today i needed a new key organiser for my kitchen, so this is it, using polkadoodles octavia moonfly cdrom, and the woodcrack paper download,  and a mdf plaque,  the flowers are from my crafty stash

this 8 x 8 card was made using crafters companion acrylic silk art, for the background, sheena douglas's in the forest stencil and black archival ink, a sheena stamp and some flourishes cut using my silhouette portrait, the flowers are from my crafty stash

a 6 x 8 card, made with using polkadoodles Amelia witch with toad digital download, i have coloured it using spectrum noir pens, the lattice frame work and embellishments are all made using my silhouette machine, the flowers are handmade. hope you like

a wedding card with a difference

so today i had some wedding day cards to make, and just fancied making something a little different, this is an 8 x 8 card , the image is taken from the my craft studio tinkering with steampunk cdrom, what do you think?

first halloween make

this is my first halloween make, the backing image is from polkadoodles witchy witch, download bundle, i highlighted the webs with a white pen, the mummy is form polkadoodles halloween downloads, i coloured it using spectrum noir pens, and cut it out and arranged it, the embellishments are cut out using silhouette machine in white card and then coloured with spectrum noir pens to match the background 

some MDF makes

this is decorated  using frantage , which is similar to gilding flakes, from crafters companion it gives it a metallic look, the flowers are all cut out using my silhouette machine, the mdf tree is from ali reeve at clever cut

this is a circular piece of mdf that i covered with brown card and then cut out hundreds of petals of two different colours and  arranged them around to give a sunflower look,the mdf  circle  is from ali reeve at clever cut

i painted the mdf with white gesso, and i  sprayed this with crafters companion stick and stay, then covered it with crystal glitter, the flowers are all handmade, the mdf tree is from ali reeve at clever cut

this is two circles attached, i cut out all the daisies using the silhouette machine, attaching them took a long time, then i finished the flowers off with card candi,  the mdf cirles are  from ali reeve at clever cut

this was my first attempt at doing mdf, i attached two hearts and covered them with hessian, then made all the flowers and embellishments and attached  the mdf hearts are from ali reeve at clever cut
